1. Purpose
AFFAIRES.ma is a B2B sales-intelligence service that turns professional and public information into signals, priorities and sales opportunities. Its analysis supports decisions and does not guarantee sales, contract awards or purchasing intent.
2. Accounts and security
Users are responsible for their credentials and workspace activity. Access may be suspended for abuse, unauthorized access attempts or breaches of these terms.
3. Data and sources
AFFAIRES prioritizes public, official and first-party sources and keeps source traceability when available. Source information may be incomplete, delayed or corrected.
4. Subscriptions
A Free plan may be offered without a credit card. Paid package prices and limits are those displayed when subscribing. Refunds, when applicable, are handled exclusively through Stripe under the applicable payment terms.
5. Authorized use
Users may not bypass access limits, bulk-extract the service, resell the database without authorization, or use AFFAIRES for spam, harassment or illegal activity.
6. Beta notice
Full legal identification of the operating entity must be completed before public commercial billing is opened.
